Tamara (Terry) Bethel

Terry recently joined the Board as a representative of St. Luke the Evangelist Parish where she is a commissioned Parish Nurse. With a BS degree in nursing, an M.Ed and a PhD, she worked for many years in Boston, both as a nurse and as a nursing teacher.

Terry holds national Certifications in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse; licensed in Massachusetts as aboard Certified Advanced Practice RN. She has served on Boards of the National Board of the Lupus Foundation of America, the Foothills Theatre of Worcester, and The Massachusetts Nurses Foundation as well as on various committees. She was Executive Director of the Lupus Foundation of MA; Marlborough Hospital in Emergency and Outpatient Psychiatry and Substance Abuse roles. Terry is currently serving private practice in Psychiatry as Clinical Nurse Specialist with Prescriptive authority.
