Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Kathy Hookway has her masters in social work from Case Western Reserve University located in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings with clients ranging in age from preschool to elderly. Most recently, she came to Assabet Valley Pastoral Counseling Center from the Wachusett Regional School District where she worked for 8 years with "at risk" students and their families. Kathy works with individuals, couples, groups and families, with a particular emphasis on child and family therapy. In addition, Kathy has presented at numerous school and community workshops, primarily on issues pertaining to parenting and child development.
