Jaye Amick

Ellen-Joan “Jaye” Amick, LMHC is an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor with many years of experience in the mental health field. Jaye graduate from UMass – Lowell with a BS in Health Education before receiving her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College.  She enjoys working with older adolescents, couples, and families to help them with some of life’s biggest challenges including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and relationship difficulties.  She has a specialty in providing couples/martial therapy and divorce mediation.  Jaye works with her clients in a collaborative and accepting manner that aims to promote positive change in peoples’ lives.  Her belief is that there is no one approach to therapy, and that therapy is a place where a person can reflect to learn how to best navigate his or her life.
