Mary is a graduate of Skidmore College. She worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in adoptions and in the battered baby unit where she helped to write the state’s first legislation for reporting child abuse. Mary also worked in classrooms for special needs children, leading her to study American Sign Language. She is the Human Resource Coordinator for the Forbes Kirkside Foundation and has a private practice as a Spiritual Director. Mary currently serves on the Board of the Wold, a women’s spirituality center; She formerly served as board president of the Bridge of Central Massachusetts and on the Family Selection Committee of Habitat International. Mary works with adolescents, adults and families and provides support to groups on numerous topics.
