Russ is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who studied engineering and computer science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute before changing to a career in psychotherapy. He earned a Master’s degree in Counseling at Tufts University and a doctorate in Psychology and Spirituality from Boston College. Russ has provided psychospiritual treatment in both outpatient and residential settings. He has presented a variety of workshops to communities, parishes, and groups, and he has taught in the graduate programs in counseling of Lesley, Assumption and Anna Maria Colleges. He is trained in EMDR therapy, and he works with teens, adults, couples and families.
